Geocon’s sales books for two of Gateway’s four buildings, Summit and Vista, are dated 26 October 2026. This is what they contain.
- Summit: 75 homes from the ground floor to Level 8. One, two and three bedroom apartments, and three hybrid live-work units (CG01 to CG03).
- Vista: 198 homes from the ground floor to Level 13. One and two bedroom apartments, and seven hybrid live-work units (BG04 to BG10).
- Hybrid live-work: each unit pairs a ground-floor commercial space and courtyard with a Level 1 apartment above. See the hybrid live-work page for all ten.
- Amenity: business lounge and library for co-working, gym, pool, sauna, rooftop gardens, pet wash and a central village green.
